NEAR Protocol said the first live deployment of NEAR Intents' Confidential Intents is now live on the Aurora Intents Swap API, and existing Aurora clients can enable confidential swaps with a single parameter on the quote endpoint without a new integration.

The release adds private routing to intent-based cross-chain swaps by hiding the swap's origin and route. Operationally, that expands what the NEAR intents stack can offer to wallets and apps that already connect to Aurora, with less implementation work than a separate integration would require.

The announced change is specific and available now, but any broader effect on NEAR depends on whether traders and integrators actually use private routing at meaningful scale. The link to NEAR is also indirect, since Aurora is part of the NEAR ecosystem rather than the core token's on-chain mechanics.

The first live deployment of NEAR Intents' Confidential Intents is here.

It is now live on the Aurora Intents Swap API.

Any existing client can enable confidential swaps today with a single parameter on the quote endpoint. No new integration required.
