This notice has not been reviewed by the Central Bank of Ireland (the "Central Bank") and it is possible that changes hereto may be necessary to meet the requirements of the Central Bank. KraneShares ICBCUBS SSE Star Market 50 Index UCITS ETF (the "Fund")
We are writing to you as a shareholder in the Fund to inform you of a change that is being made to the Fund as further described below. This change will take effect upon the approval by the Central Bank of the updated supplement in respect of the Fund (the "Supplement"), which is expected to be on 20 July 2026 or such later date as the update to the Supplement is noted by the Central Bank (the "Effective Date").
It is proposed to change the name of the Fund (as outlined in the table below) to better reflect the Fund's underlying exposure to China's technology and semiconductor sectors and this change will take effective from the Effective Date.
