ASM International EURONEXT:ASM, Europe's second-largest computer chip equipment maker, said on Monday it intends to nominate Chris Figee as its new chief of finance.

The appointment will be submitted for shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting expected in March 2027, the Dutch firm said in a statement.
