Hengsheng Hong Kong Stock Connect Auto Theme Index ETF Sees 1 Million-Unit Subscription; XPeng Delivery Tops 1.2 Million

As of the close on August 4, 2026, Tianhong's Hong Kong Stock Auto ETF (159028) received subscriptions for 1 million units, with turnover of 5.09% and trading volume of 5.1408 million yuan. The fund tracks the Hengsheng Hong Kong Stock Connect Auto Theme Index (HSSCAM), which fell 1.51% on the day, according to Jiemian News.

Among the index's constituents, Black Sesame Technologies rose 9.52%, Horizon Robotics climbed 7.14%, and other gainers included Joydrive and Ganfeng Lithium. Jiemian News also reported that XPeng Group said on August 1 it delivered 38,027 vehicles in July 2026, up 4% year on year, and that its cumulative global deliveries exceeded 1.2 million units as of July 31. XPeng said the milestone came as it launched the global rollout of its MONA series' first SUV, the XPeng MONA M03.
