Hungary's retail sales rise 4.8% in annual terms in May - stats

Hungary's calendar-adjusted retail sales (HURETY=ECI) rose by an annual 4.8% in May following an 3.6% rise in April, the Central Statistics Office (KSH) said on Monday.

Food sales rose by 3.2% year-on-year, while non-food sales rose by 7.4%. Fuel sales rose by 8.4% in annual terms, the KSH said.
