Italy's Ministry of Economy and Finance has mandated banks to lead manage a triple-tranche U.S. dollar bond syndication, the ministry said Monday.

The bonds will have maturities of July 2031; July 2036 and July 2056, it said. The transaction will be launched in the near future subject to market conditions, the ministry said.

The banks hired as lead managers are BofA Securities Europe SA, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and Morgan Stanley Europe SE.
