Employee Benefit Trust Share Purchase
Dialight plc (LSE: DIA.L), a global leader in LED Lighting for heavy industrial applications and Opto-Electronics Components announced that Equiniti Trust (Jersey) Limited acting as Trustee of the Dialight Employee's Share Ownership Plan Trust (the "Trust") will commence the purchase of ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company as part of a planned programme of share purchases.
These shares will ultimately be used by the Trust for the settlement of awards granted under the Company's employee share schemes, namely the Restricted Share Plan (RSP), the Annual Performance Bonus Plan (APBP), and the Value Creation Plan (VCP).
At the date of this announcement the Trust held 148,703 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.42% of the Company's current voting rights.
