Receipt of Requisition from Saba
The Board of Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc acknowledges receipt of a requisition notice made on behalf of Saba Capital Management, L.P. requesting that certain resolutions concerning the future of the Company be added to the business to be proposed at the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The Board is evaluating the requisition and will make a further announcement in due course.
