Change of Director Responsibilities
London, 24 July 2026: Helios Towers plc ('the Company'), the independent mobile tower company, announces that David Wassong has ceased to be the shareholder appointed director of Quantum Strategic Partners Ltd ("Quantum"), following the termination of the Shareholders' Agreement as a result of Quantum's shareholding in the Company falling below 10%. Mr Wassong will continue to serve as a non-executive director and has been appointed to the Nomination and Technology Committees with effect from 23 July 2026.
