ISSUE OF EQUITY
IMI plc ("IMI" or the "Company") announces that, following an internal review, it identified that an application had not been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading of 195,831 ordinary shares of 28 4/7 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") issued in connection with certain employee shares schemes operated by the Company. Consequently, an application has now been made for those Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, which is expected to occur on or around 4 August 2026 ("Admission").
Following Admission, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 250,564,187. The Company holds 11,648,836 Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 238,915,351. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
