Ocado Group said its Chief Executive Tim Steiner will depart from the role and a successor will be appointed around the start of fiscal 2028.
The U.K. grocery-technology firm said it expects to find a new CEO around the time Steiner steps down. Steiner will continue to serve as chief executive through the start of 2028 fiscal, it said.
Steiner and the board will help identify and prepare new leadership, Ocado said.
Steiner will transition into a founder role after a successor is appointed, the company said.
