EBT Share Dealing

The MISSION Group plc (AIM: TMG), a collective of sector-leading Creative, Sports and MarTech Agencies, announces that it was informed by the Trustee of The Mission Marketing Group Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") on 23rd July 2026 that the EBT acquired 458,743 shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 19.0 pence per share, on 23rd July 2026.

Following this purchase of shares by the EBT, a total of 781,747 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.9% of the Company's total voting rights, are held by the EBT.
