TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTOR / PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PCA
XPS Group announces that, on 30 July 2026, Snehal Shah (Chief Financial Officer and PDMR) sold 26,879 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 340p per Ordinary Share.
Snehal Shah continues to maintain a material holding in the Company, holding 387,755 Ordinary Shares equal to 318% of salary, and 425,372 unvested options as a result of in-flight awards granted under the Company's Performance Share Plan.
In addition, Meeta Shah, a Person Closely Associated with Snehal Shah, sold 34,072 Ordinary Shares at a price of 340p per Ordinary Share.
