Palantir Technologies NASDAQ:PLTR rose 14.83% premarket after second-quarter revenue grew 93% to $1.94 billion, ahead of the $1.81 billion analysts expected, with diluted earnings of $0.41 a share on both a GAAP and adjusted basis against a $0.34 consensus. U.S. commercial revenue rose 149% to $764 million and U.S. government revenue 90% to $809 million, taking total U.S. revenue up 115% to $1.57 billion.

GAAP operating income reached $912 million at a 47% margin. Adjusted income from operations was $1.19 billion at 62%, and adjusted free cash flow $1.22 billion. Palantir closed 220 deals worth at least $1 million, including 73 above $10 million. Total contract value rose 49% to $3.37 billion, and remaining U.S. commercial deal value more than doubled to $6.24 billion.

Full-year revenue guidance moved to $8.15 billion to $8.16 billion from $7.65 billion to $7.66 billion, implying 82% growth. U.S. commercial revenue is now guided above $3.42 billion, up from $3.22 billion, and third-quarter revenue to about $2.16 billion. "This quarter was otherworldly," said CEO Alex Karp. The stock is down 29% this year.
