Sobha Realty plans to hand over 6,819 units across Dubai in 2026 with a total sales value of 21.6 billion UAE dirhams ($5.88 billion).

The handover pipeline is the developer’s largest annual delivery to date, Sobha Realty said in a statement.

The handovers will be done across Sobha Hartland, Sobha Hartland II, Sobha Reserve, Sobha One and Verde by Sobha.

Francis Alfred, Managing Director of Sobha Realty, said the company’s backward integration model enables it to maintain complete control over every stage of the development process, from design and engineering to construction and finishing.

In 2025, the developer achieved AED 30 billion in sales, up 30 percent year-on-year, driven by high demand for its luxury developments.

Sobha Realty is expanding its development portfolio through a pipeline of 16 masterplans in the UAE, including AED 50 billion Sobha Sanctuary in Dubai and AED 40 billion Sobha City in Abu Dhabi.
