Qinao Intelligence said it has raised a seed round worth tens of millions of yuan, with investors including a top Shenzhen fund and industrial capital, according to 36Kr. The startup also launched MemAura in June, a native multimodal memory base that offers ADK and API services for long-term memory accumulation, fast retrieval and lower inference costs. The company said MemAura cuts input-side token consumption by 40% to 49%, keeps memory retrieval latency under 400 milliseconds, delivers first answers in under 1 second and reaches more than 80% overall accuracy. Qinao Intelligence was founded in November 2025 and is led by CEO Zhang Yuan.
