Corporate Update
Innomed Tech Ltd. (BC Canada) (the "Company") announces the retirement of Robert Rhodes as CEO, effective July 31, 2026. Rob will remain on the board as a Director.
Commenting on his retirement, Robert Rhodes said: "Together, we have achieved significant milestones and positioned the Company for its next stage of growth. As InnoMed Tech enters an exciting phase of expansion, particularly across Europe and North America, the business will benefit from a CEO who is able to dedicate the level of presence and focus these opportunities require. At this stage, I am unable to make that commitment, and therefore believe it is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders that I step aside."
The Company is pleased to advise that, effective August 1, 2026, Matthew White CFA has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Joshua Peters as Chief Operating Officer and Lara Zibners MD MMED MBA as Non-Executive Director.
These appointments are required to ensure the effective management of the large team currently being assembled for the PureFlowCath CE (Europe) and FDA (US) certification to market processes, managed by Matthew White.
