The Shenzhen Stock Exchange said on August 4, 2026, that it had sent a regulatory letter to Do-Fluorine New Materials Co. Ltd. (002407) over a major omission in its information disclosure, according to Jiemian News. The exchange said the company’s June 26 investor-relations record stated that its semiconductor-grade hydrofluoric acid capacity was 40,000 tons, prices had risen 20% to 30%, and it had begun mass supply to leading customers including TSMC, Samsung, Huahong, and ChangXin Memory Technologies, while saying profitability was well supported. However, it did not disclose that sales from the business accounted for less than 2% of revenue in 2025 and the first quarter of 2026, meaning the business would not have a material impact on company performance. The exchange said the omission could significantly affect the share price and derivatives trading and cited violations of Articles 1.4, 2.1.1, and 2.1.6 of the Stock Listing Rules (2026 revision). It also ordered the company and all directors, supervisors and senior executives to draw lessons and strictly fulfill their disclosure duties for truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, timeliness and fairness.
