The FTSE 100 Index Closes 0.28% Lower

The FTSE 100 Index decreased 30 points or 0.28 percent on Monday to close at 10649 points.

The decline was led by Fresnillo (-3.08%), Associated British Foods (-2.99%) and AstraZeneca (-2.80%).

On the upside, the strongest performers were St. Jamess (2.07%), Relx (1.97%) and Prudential (1.85%).
