Adidas will use the FIFA World Cup as a catalyst to drive long-term growth in the U.S. market, UBS analysts Robert Krankowski and Zuzanna Pusz write. UBS hosted a road show with the German sportswear group's investor relations team last week. "Discussions reinforced our view that Adidas remains focused on delivering sustainable long-term growth through multiple structural growth drivers, rather than maximizing the near-term benefits of the World Cup alone," they say.
