Announcement according to article 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Munich (pta/06.07.2026/15:17) - In the period from June 29, 2026 until and including July 5, 2026, a total of 568,485 shares were acquired as part of the share buyback of Siemens Energy AG. On June 3, 2026 the start of the share buyback for June 4, 2026 was announced pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Art. 2 para. 1 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052.
