Advanced Micro Devices Chief Executive Lisa Su will receive a raise and a stock bonus along with other members of the chip maker's leadership team.

AMD set Su's annual base salary for the coming year at nearly $1.38 million, up from about $1.32 million last year, according to a Wednesday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

She will additionally receive a $36 million equity award under AMD's long-term incentive plan, comprising both performance- and time-based restricted stock units.

Other members of AMD's leadership team receiving payouts include Chief Financial Officer Jean Hu and Chief Technology Officer Mark Papermaster.

Hu's annual base salary will increase this year to $850,000 from $800,000, and she is set to receive a $9 million equity award, according to the filing. Meanwhile, Papermaster's salary will tick up to $900,000 from $870,000, and he will bank a $10 million equity award.

Both Hu's and Papermaster's equity awards will also be comprised of both performance- and time-based restricted stock units.
