India's Axis Finance (ASFP.UL) accepted bids worth 6 billion rupees ($62.96 million) for the sale of bonds maturing in three years and one month, three bankers said on Friday.
It will pay a coupon of 7.81% and had invited commitment bids for the issue on Thursday, they said.
The company did not respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
