Aptos says it now lets its biggest stakers run transactions at 100x the normal limit through AIP-146.
The update expands usable capacity for large APT stakers that handle more complex onchain activity. In practice, higher transaction limits can make it easier for this group to execute heavier workloads on Aptos without being constrained by the standard network cap, which can improve the network's utility for participants operating at that scale.
It also strengthens the staking proposition for large holders, since access to higher limits is tied to being among the biggest stakers rather than to all users equally. A limitation is that the announced benefit is concentrated among high-stake participants, so broader adoption or network-wide effects are not shown by the rollout alone.
