Slovenia’s producer prices advanced 2.4% year-on-year in June 2026, following a 2.1% increase in the previous month.
This marked the highest reading since July 2023, driven by faster cost growth in manufacturing (2.5% vs 2.2% in May) and electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply (2.1% vs 0.1%).
On the other hand, prices moderated in mining and quarrying (7.0% vs 12.7%).
Among the main industrial groups, costs accelerated for intermediate goods (3.2% vs 2.3%) and consumer goods (2.1% vs 1.9%), while easing for capital goods (1.4% vs 2.0%) and energy (1.3% vs 2.3%).
On a monthly basis, producer prices rose 0.5%, easing slightly from 0.7% in May.
