At the Annual General Meeting of ABL Diagnostics EURONEXT:ABLD held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., shareholders approved all resolutions submitted for their vote, including the payment of a dividend of EUR0.11 per share for the 2025 fiscal year (compared with EUR0.05 per share for the 2024 fiscal year), reflecting the Company's improved results and strong financial position.

The dividend will be ex-dividend on July 3, 2026, and will be paid on July 7, 2026.
