** British lender Barclays LSE:BARC acquired a 999-year leasehold interest in its global headquarters at London's Canary Wharf in a deal valued at £750 million ($992.78 million).
** India's Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone NSE:ADANIPORTS said that Switzerland's MSC Group will acquire a 49% stake in its Vizhinjam port for $1.4 billion, in what it said is the largest foreign private investment in domestic port infrastructure.
** Digital Realty NYSE:DLR will acquire a larger stake in three data centers in Northern Virginia from asset manager Blackstone NYSE:BX in a $3.5 billion cash-and-stock deal, the companies said on Monday.
** World Insurance Associates has acquired the business of Brooklyn, New York-based Fillmore Insurance Agency.
** Rocket Lab NASDAQ:RKLB struck an $8 billion deal to acquire satellite communications provider Iridium Communications NASDAQ:IRDM on Monday, betting on a SpaceX-style advantage that combines a constellation of satellites with the in-house rockets that will launch them.
** ANV Group Holdings has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire specialist MGA Assured Underwriting Group Limited (AUG) from UK-based private equity firm Mobeus.
** Private equity firm CVC EURONEXT:CVC on Monday said it had agreed to buy Italian dessert ingredients maker IRCA from rival fund Advent International, as consumer-focused businesses defy the disruption caused by artificial intelligence and the Middle East crisis.
** Martin Marietta Materials NYSE:MLM said on Monday it would merge with limestone supplier Lhoist North America in a cash-and-stock deal worth $13.5 billion, as the building materials firm looks to tap growing demand for lime products.
** Zymeworks NASDAQ:ZYME said on Monday it will acquire Theravance Biopharma NASDAQ:TBPH for $929 million in cash, marking the oncology-focused drugmaker's entry into the highly competitive respiratory disease segment.
