The CAC 40 Index dropped 15 points or 0.18 percent on Monday to close at 8370 points.
Losses were led by Saint-Gobain (-3.57%), Stellantis NV (-2.70%) and Vinci (-2.50%).
Offsetting the fall, top gainers were Publicis (1.94%), Thales (1.85%) and STMicroelectronics (1.33%).
