The CAC 40 Index rose 39 points or 0.46 percent on Friday to close at 8525 points.

Leading the gains are TP (10.63%), Saint-Gobain (6.96%) and ENGIE (3.99%).

Top losers were Veolia (-3.18%), Orange (-2.97%) and Accor (-2.92%).
