Bank of England policymaker Catherine Mann said that a decline in market expectations for Bank of England rate hikes since June's Monetary Policy Committee meeting would be an important factor in her next policy vote later this month.
Speaking at an event hosted by French bank Natixis, Mann said market rate hike expectations had been a factor helping to keep inflation in check and avoiding her needing to vote for an actual rate hike.
