Greek retail sales fall 0.1% y/y in April

Greek retail sales by volume fell 0.1% in April compared to the same month a year earlier after a 3.0% rise in March, statistics service ELSTAT said on Tuesday.

Sales volume of the food sector was up 4.1% year-on-year, with the sales volume of the non-food sector (except automotive fuel) decreasing 1.3% while the automotive fuel sector's sales volume was down 7.4% on the year, the data showed.
