The IMF and World Bank have offered aid and credit for recovery efforts after twin earthquakes devastated parts of Venezuela, Interim President Delcy Rodriguez said in a press conference on Thursday.

She added that Venezuela is creating a $200 million reconstruction fund with the IMF, and money will go to contractors to reconstruct lost homes.
