Japan's draft economic blueprint not sign of looser fiscal policy, economy minister says

Japan's Economy Minister Minoru Kiuchi said on Tuesday the government's draft economic blueprint was not intended as a sign it was loosening fiscal discipline.

The government will not resort to reckless fiscal policy, Kiuchi told a news conference.
