** Deutsche Bank XETR:DBK said that Kotak Mahindra Bank NSE:KOTAKBANK would acquire its retail banking and wealth management business in India, as the German bank aims to streamline operations and redeploy capital.

** German publishing group Axel Springer said it closed the acquisition of the Telegraph Media Group on Tuesday, following regulatory approvals in Britain, Ireland and Austria.

** British lender Barclays LSE:BARC acquired a 999-year leasehold interest in its global headquarters at London's Canary Wharf in a deal valued at £750 million ($992.78 million).

** India's Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone NSE:ADANIPORTS said that Switzerland's MSC Group will acquire a 49% stake in its Vizhinjam port for $1.4 billion, in what it said is the largest foreign private investment in domestic port infrastructure.

** Digital Realty NYSE:DLR will acquire a larger stake in three data centers in Northern Virginia from asset manager Blackstone NYSE:BX in a $3.5 billion cash-and-stock deal, the companies said on Monday.

** World Insurance Associates has acquired the business of Brooklyn, New York-based Fillmore Insurance Agency.

** ANV Group Holdings has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire specialist MGA Assured Underwriting Group Limited (AUG) from UK-based private equity firm Mobeus.
