GRANT OF OPTIONS AND DIRECTOR/PDMR DEALING
Chapel Down (EPIC: CDGP), England's leading and most celebrated winemaker, announces that, under its Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), it has granted options (the "LTIP Options") over, in aggregate, 675,938 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to its executive directors at an exercise price of 26p. The LTIP Options have been granted under the Company's EMI scheme adopted on 25 June 2026.
The LTIP Options granted to Executive Directors are as detailed below:

The LTIP Options are intended to reward long term performance that delivers value to shareholders. The date of grant of the award is 29 June 2026, and vesting for the options occurs on 29 June 2029, subject to continued employment and achievement of Group performance conditions for the period 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028.
