Greggs's appointment of Ben Waldron as its new CFO looks like a good hire bringing valuable experience in the food industry, AJ Bell's Russ Mould writes. The food-on-the-go retailer said CFO Richard Hutton would retire at the end of this year after 28 years with the company and be replaced by former Bakkavor CFO Waldron from Jan. 1. "Hutton has been part of a winning team, and investors might be worried that his exit is a negative signal, given it comes off the back of a more sluggish period for the business," Mould writes.
