Litigation Capital Management Limited (AIM:LIT), an alternative asset manager specialising in dispute financing solutions internationally, announces that its funded party has been unsuccessful in seeking permission to appeal a competition claim loss. This investment was held at a value of £0.8 million (A$1.5 million) as at 31 December 2025 and that amount will now be written off.
