Oxford Metrics plc LSE:OMG, the smart sensing and measurement technology group servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering was notified earlier today that Ms Elaine Sullivan, a PCA of Mr Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, has purchased 54,868 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the Shares), at an average price of 38.5 pence per Share.
As a result of this trade, Ms Sullivan holds 314,868 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.28% of the Company's issued share capital.
Following the above trade, Mr Bullard and Ms Sullivan hold together, in aggregate, 634,868 Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.57% of the Company's issued share capital.
