SDCL Efficiency Income Trust plc announces that on 26 June 2026, Christopher Knowles, Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this acquisition, Christopher Knowles and his PCA together hold 176,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.016% of the Company's issued share capital.
