The Company announces that on 15 July 2026 it granted options over a total of 1,648,693 ordinary shares to employees under its UK all-employee savings-related share option scheme ("the Scheme") at an option price of £18.73 per ordinary share.
This included the grant of options to the following PDMRs set out below. This disclosure is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR'). In accordance with MAR, the relevant Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA') notifications are set out in the table below which provides further details on the number of options granted under the Scheme on 15 July 2026.
