The Company confirms that certain investment vehicles connected with Nicholas Mills, a Director of the Company, purchased 3,970,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 68p on 2 July 2026.

Following this purchase, Nicholas Mills and the investment vehicles connected with him are interested in 27,680,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 20.497% of the Company's issued share capital. This total is made up of the following:

Harwood Capital Management LLP : 440,000 Ordinary Shares

Oryx International Growth Fund : 15,650,000 Ordinary Shares

Rockwood Strategic plc : 11,500,000 Ordinary Shares

Nicholas Mills (Director & Related Holdings) : 90,000 Ordinary Shares
