Italian online lender FinecoBank MIL:FBK on Monday announced a new organizational structure, appointing Paolo Di Grazia to the newly created role of Co-General Manager.
Serving since 2016 as Vice-General Director, Di Grazia will report directly to CEO and General Manager Alessandro Foti.
"The reorganization is particularly focused on financial advisory, platform development, innovation and brand enhancement," the bank said in a statement.
FinecoBank also announced the mutual termination of the professional relationship with Deputy General Manager Mauro Albanese.
Lorenzo Di Pietrantonio, who currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of Fineco Asset Management, was promoted to CEO of the subsidiary.
