ArrowMark Financial appointed Katie Jones chief financial officer of the fund, effective immediately, succeeding Pat Farrell, who retired.
The fund also said President Dana Staggs will depart on Aug. 2.
Jones has been a key member of the ArrowMark team since 2019 and has been integral to the fund's operations over the past seven years.
ArrowMark is a non-diversified, closed-end fund that invests primarily in regulatory capital securities of financial institutions.
