Columbus McKinnon named John Linker as its finance chief, succeeding Gregory Rustowicz.

Linker has more than two decades of leadership experience across multiple industrial manufacturing businesses as well as a consistent track record of strengthening operations and finances, the company said Wednesday.

He most recently served as chief financial officer for Husky Technologies. Prior, he held executive roles at Serta Simmons Bedding and various roles of increasing responsibility at Jeld-Wen.

With the transition, Columbus McKinnon--which makes hoists, crane components and conveyor systems--reaffirmed its outlook for the fiscal year. It expects adjusted earnings of $1.70 to $1.90 a share on net sales of $2.05 billion to $2.12 billion.
