CoreWeave NASDAQ:CRWV fell 0.42% intraday after CEO Michael Intrator sold approximately 261,797 Class A shares on July 7 and July 8 for roughly $22 million, across direct holdings and through Omnadora Capital LLC, an entity Intrator manages. The July 7 sales totaled 200,000 shares at weighted average prices between $79.61 and $85.20, while the July 8 tranche covered 61,797 shares at $83.16 to $90.13. Intrator retains approximately 2.9 million shares in direct holdings worth over $244 million.
The sales continue a pattern of executive selling since CoreWeave's IPO. Intrator sold 307,692 shares for $35.9 million in June, with CFO Nikhil Agrawal selling roughly $5.96 million around the same time. CoreWeave's founders have sold more than $2.3 billion in stock since the IPO lockup expired in August 2025, with Chief Strategy Officer Brian Venturo accounting for more than $1.1 billion of that total, according to public filings.
