Cadrenal Therapeutics named John Sharp as its interim chief financial officer.
Sharp will succeed Quang Pham, who had been serving as interim CFO. The company said it is conducting a search for a permanent finance chief.
Sharp is currently a senior director at Lohman & Associates, and has served as CFO for biopharmaceutical companies including Skye Bioscience, SaNOtize Research and Development, PhaseBioPharmaceuticals, and Ligand Pharmaceuticals.
