DLH Holdings promoted Kathryn JohnBull to be its president and chief executive officer succeeding Zach Parker, whose retirement is effective Tuesday.
JohnBull, who had been chief financial officer, will be succeeded by Steve Oroho, who joined DLH in 2018, the company said. He has been the senior vice president of finance and accounting.
JohnBull joined the business services and technology company as CFO in 2012. In that position she played a key role in the company's acquisition strategy, capital markets activities and investor engagement, DLH said.
Parker, who was CEO for 16 years, will act as an adviser to support the leadership change through the end of the current fiscal year, DLH said. He will remain on the company's board as well, and will work as a consultant starting in fiscal 2027.
A successor to Oroho wasn't named.
