Freedom Holding appointed Valeriy Kim chief financial officer, succeeding Evgeny Ler.
Kim was most recently vice president of finance at Freedom Holding and CEO of subsidiary Freedom Holding Operations LLP. He also served as CFO of Freedom Finance Global PLC from 2020 to 2024. Kim, 37, began his career at Deloitte before joining Freedom Holding.
Ler will serve as a special adviser to Chief Executive Timur Turlov.
Kim's annual base salary will be $1.1 million, with an annual cash bonus of $1 million, plus an annual award of company shares and other compensation.
