Alphabet NASDAQ:GOOG launched 2 new AI models Tuesday, Nano Banana 2 Lite and Gemini Omni Flash, as Google pushes deeper into low-cost image generation and video creation tools.

Nano Banana 2 Lite is Google's most cost-efficient Gemini Image model. The company said it can generate text-to-image outputs in about 4 seconds, making it useful for quick prototyping, visual drafting and high-volume image workflows. Pricing starts at $0.034 per 1,000 images.

The model is available across developer tools and consumer products, including AI Mode in Search, the Gemini app, NotebookLM, Google Photos, Stitch, Google Flow and Google Ads.

Gemini Omni Flash is focused on high-quality video generation and conversational editing. Google said the model is now available through the Gemini API and Google AI Studio, priced at $0.10 per second of video output.
