Halozyme Therapeutics Chief Operating Officer Cortney Caudill is leaving the biopharmaceutical company.
The company disclosed her departure in a Thursday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It didn't provide a reason for her exit or share information about her successor.
The disclosure comes after the company on Tuesday said interim Chief Financial Officer David Ramsay had been promoted to the new role of president drug delivery.
